Minimum Age: We extend a warm welcome to adventurers aged 15 years and above to join us onboard. For their safety and comfort, teenagers must be accompanied by one or more responsible adults aged at least 18 years. This arrangement guarantees supervised enjoyment and a seamless journey for all. In the near future, new equipment will be introduced, promising even more family fun and catering specifically to younger guests.

You'll find ample free parking spaces conveniently located adjacent to our starting point or along the nearby roadside.

We understand how much you love your furry companions, and we wish we could welcome them on our railbike adventures! However, for the safety and well-being of all participants, including animals, pets are currently not allowed on our tours. Accommodating odd numbers: For groups with an odd number, one person will share a bike with someone else from your group.

Full refund: Choose a full refund of your tour cost if your plans can't accommodate a reschedule.

Vouchers for a sunny day: Alternatively, grab a voucher for a free ride on another day with weather that promises a more enjoyable experience.

Planning Ahead: To avoid surprises, we recommend checking the weather forecast before your tour to be prepared.

Packing waterproof clothing just in case, like a poncho or jacket, to help you handle a light shower. Alternatively, a waterproof vest will be provided to everyone in case of the possibility of light rain.
